| ❌ Cancelled Prior to Inspector Departure ❌ If you or the seller cancel before the inspector dispatches to the vehicle location, you will receive a refund minus a 3.0% credit card fee and a $30.00 cancellation fee. |
| ❌ Cancelled En Route or On-Site ❌ If canceled after the inspector is en route or has arrived on location, your refund will be issued minus a 3.0% credit card fee and a $60.00 cancellation fee. |
| ❌ Seller No-Show or Vehicle Sold ❌ If the seller fails to show or the vehicle was sold prior to arrival, you may choose a refund minus a 3.0% credit card fee and a $60.00 cancellation fee, or reschedule the inspection for a $60.00 rescheduling fee. |
| ❌ Inspector Cancellation ❌ In the rare event we are unable to fulfill your appointment, you will receive a 100% full refund. |
